JCellCount
This program was my foray into machine version. It is designed to
count
live an dead cells from an image. Provided that the image quality
is good and the color range is set correctly, it will probably find
over 95% of the cells on it's own. There is a manual mode to
count the rest of them.
You can download the program as a *.jar file
here. This also contains the source code, so just extract
them using winZip or something. To run it, simple save it to the
desk top and double click on it. It should run provided you have
the latest JRE installed.
